I usually buy ugg boots for comfort and Uggs are comfortable. I also liked the fact that you're not supposed to wear socks with them. I can't get away without wearing socks. With Uggs, my feet are dry and warm WITHOUT SOCKS. I bought them for my kids too because I see them worn everywhere. It seems that people don't care that they are "out."
